A while back, I posted a video slideshow that I made of a parody I wrote about the board game Clue. We used to sing that song in my a cappella group, and the slideshow was just sitting there begging to be put onto the internet, and of course I was happy to oblige. I also wondered whether other board games might merit epic songs about them as well. As it turns out, they do. During this past opera I spent a good bit of time playing Risk with my fellow castmates, and it made me want to write a song about it. So I did.
Here you go. Another exciting board game parody about the classic game of Risk. I call it “Viva El Riesgo.” I hope you enjoy it. Any suggestions as to what other board games deserve a song about them?
