I take long showers. I know this to be true because it has been told to me repeatedly over the years, first by my mother, and now by my wife. And even sometimes my daughter. So I guess it must be true. But I don’t feel like I am taking long showers. I get in, do what is necessary, and get out. I don’t know where those 20 minutes go! So I decided to set up a camera, Paranormal Activity style, and figure out why exactly my showers are never less than 10-15 minutes, even when I am in a big hurry and need to just get in and get out.
The video is posted below. Don’t worry, I edited it down so it is not 20 minutes long. This will also fulfill the shocking lack of Tenor Dad nudity that I know my friend Krishaw has been missing. But remember, this is a family blog, so the video is totally safe to watch with your boss and your children. And now that I know what’s going on in there, maybe I can trim my showers down to a more average length. Although honestly, I didn’t see anything unnecessary going on in there…
My husband takes long showers too. Although, they are not nearly that interesting to listen to. 🙂
