I am leaving today to spend the weekend with a bunch of weirdos. We are going to play board games and video games and do nerdy things like talk about geeky stuff. I know. It’s going to be awesome. As part of this weekend we have each been assigned to bring part of the food, and I am in charge of desserts. Since this is an official nerd event, I thought that I ought to make the dessert as geeky as possible, so I made cupcakes, each representing something that will most likely be discussed at some point during this weekend, and I’m bringing them with me.
Now, most of you are probably not going to get to go to nerd weekend, but I thought you might enjoy the cupcakes anyway. The only potential problem is, it is 2 am and I have been decorating these darn things for hours and I can’t tell if they look like what they are supposed to look like. My brain is most of the way asleep at this point. So to double check this, I present you with The Nerd Cupcake Challenge. I will show you pictures of the cupcakes, and you tell me what you think they represent, and the first person to correctly guess what I was attempting to signify with all of my desserts will win some sort of prize that I will figure out later, but will probably not be a cupcake, unless you live near me and then it might be a cupcake.
